Solenoid-Driven Metering Pumps
Solenoid-driven metering pumps are available in capacities ranging from 0.20 to 21.1 gph (0.74 to 80 l/h) at a back pressure of 362 to 29 psi (25 to 2 bar). To be able to meter almost any liquid chemicals, ProMinent uses a very extensive range of materials.
Sigma/2 Diaphragm Metering Pump
The Sigma/ 2 diaphragm metering pump, together with pumps of type Sigma/ 1 and Sigma/ 3, represents an integrated product range. They cover the capacity range from 4.49 – 272.1 gph (17 to 1,030 l/h), with a consistent operating concept, control concept and spare parts management. A wide range of power end versions is available, including some for use in ATEX areas.
Low Pressure Metering Pump
Dulcoflex DFC Metering Pump
The DULCOFLEX DFC is a peristaltic pump designed for difficult pumping applications. Unlike typical shoe pumps, it incorporates a roller design, which eliminates the need for cumbersome lubricants. The DFC can reach pressures up to 116 psi and flow rates up to 130 gpm and is ideal for difficult industrial and municipal applications.

Intake Screen Systems
Traveling water screen assemblies and related equipment are used to filter debris and aquatic life in varying sizes, from raw water sources such as rivers, lakes, streams and oceans. Screening systems are utilized at fossil-fuel power plants, nuclear power plants, drinking water facilities, refineries and other heavy industrial sites where large volumes of raw water are consumed.
Piston Pumps
Originally designed to pump concrete, the Schwing Bioset piston pumps adapt easily to the rigors of wastewater treatment plant service with a proven history of reliability and ease of maintenance. Many units have operated continuously for years with 99% availability. Schwing units pump dewatered biosolids from Belt Presses, Centrifuges, Plate and Frame Presses, and Rotary Presses with dry solids content up to 56%. The pumps have volumetric capacities over 310 GPM and operating pressures up to 1,885 psi.

Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Filtration System
Yardney Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) filtration systems use the absorptive qualities of the media to remove highly dispersed compounds from water sources too small for the removal with standard multi-media filtration technology. These automatic filtration systems are extremely effective in removing chlorine and chlorine related compounds, organic chemicals, tastes and odors, halogenated organic compounds, hydrocarbons and other highly dispersed contaminants. Yardney GAC filtration systems utilize a vertical side shell depth of 72 inches.
Multi-Media Filters
Yardney Multi-Media filters are designed for enhanced water quality filtration for the removal of organic and inorganic suspended solids down to 5 microns. Multi-Media filters may be used as a stand-alone system or in conjunction with or as a pretreatment for other filtration technologies. The Multi-Media filtration systems utilize a vertical side shell depth of 60″ with accompanied reverse stacked medias for progressive filtration through the filtration system. All Yardney industrial media filters utilize our simple backwash system for ease of operation and consistent water quality.

Yardney Centrifugal Sand Separators are ideal for removal of suspended solids and inorganic materials with a specific gravity of 2 or greater. This highly effective system will provide consistent, simple removal of inorganic material down to 75 microns. Easily installed, these carbon steel units are rated to 150 psi with threaded or flanged inlet and outlet connections.
